Your #mentalhealth suffers when you don’t take time to DO YOU. That could be a no to a waiter asking if you want another serving or no to an unhealthy person in your life or the urge to do something unhealthy to your body, a no to an invitation or request that you don’t feel like doing or a no to your to-do list. What did you say No to? “No.” Is a complete sentence and is major act of self-care. ME before WE or we all suffer as I like to say... . . . Saying no is an act of self-care , and if you give in others the only person that suffers is you.
